Camp Juku Registration
Student Information, Scheduling, and Camp Fees are all found on the Registration Form.
Complete the form and email it to us.
Discounts are based on either early registration or number of weeks.
Important Notification for Beckett Farm families
Beckett Farm PS is under construction this summer and we will relocate the camp to nearby Stonebridge PS. Stonebridge will have the advantage of being on the ground floor and we will have access to a Kindergarten room. We’ll be back at BF next year.
Three Ways to Register
Important: Enter your children’s grades as the grade they will be in next September, not their current grade.
Automated Form
If you have access to Microsoft Excel (v.2013+), this is the easiest way to complete the registration form. Simply fill in the basic information and the calculations will be done for you.

Manual Form
Print the from and complete the “Student Info” and “Scheduling Info” section (left side). Email a file or text an image. We will calculate the fees and send it back to you.

Next Steps:
1. Send the Registration Form to register@juku.ca.
2. We will confirm all the calculations and send you a confirmation.
3. Payments can be by etransfer (payments@juku.ca), cash, or cheque.
Do not miss any early bird discounts. Confirmations will have to be recalculated after any discount deadlines.
You are not guaranteed a spot until payment is processed. Based on previous years, all classes are available until the end of April.
Most confirmations are sent out in the late evenings and within two days. Mr. T follows the life/work routine of batching his efforts.
Important Highlights and Dates
April 1 Last date for the March Bonus for returning students.
April 15 End of First Early Bird Rates. You can still receive
this rate if you register for 6 or more weeks.
Last date to submit a referral discount form.
June 1 End of Last Early Bird Rates. You can still receive
this rate if you register for 3 or more weeks.
July 8 Camp starts.
Activity: Leadership and Team Building
July 8 Math, Vocabulary/Spelling, English in the morning.
Aug 16 Afternoon activities will vary each week.
Aug 12-16 Normal morning Math/English. All fun afternoons.
Aug 16 Camp year-end trophies.
Once camp starts, our focus is 100% on the operation of the camp.
All registration, payments, and comments will be conducted in the evenings/weekends during the camp weeks.
Registration Considerations
All refunds are only available for future classes. See Refund Policy.
All referrals must be entered at time of registration. See Ref Policy.
There is a 10 minute grace period on extended hours.
All meal plans and extended hours should be included in your registration. They can be adjusted before camp starts.
There is a higher rate after camp starts. See FAQ.
If you are selecting a partial week, you may consider including Fridays. Students look forward to the finals of our Team Mini-Olympics, movies, prizes, raffles, and visit to the toy box.
If you are taking 4 out of 5 days in a week, it is better to pay for the complete week and refund the missing day (50%). Paying for 4 days will be more than a full week.
Trophies will be given out during the final week. You do not have to be in attendance the last week to win a trophy. “Iron Person” trophies are awarded for perfect attendance. The top award are the Teacher’s Choice and Spirit Awards.
All group comments/discount are sent by bulk email or bulk text messages. Make sure your emails and cell numbers are correct.
