Spring Session Starting Soon!

Parents are asking about the start of the Spring Session.  Some classes are ready to go and some need a few more students.  We will probably start some of the classes in the next few weeks.

Referral Special for Returning Parents: To push the attendance past the minimum of 6 students per class, we are offering current and past parents an opportunity to save up to 40% off the following selected classes.  Most are taught by the Director.

Only $6/hr if you refer a new family* to any of the following Spring classes.

Math 6,7,8,9,10                 Vocabulary I, II
Public Speaking 5-7          English 7/8

Limited to one referral special per family.

Online Classes: New this session
– Upgraded attendance/progress report (homework, audio/video, participation, knowledge, and quizzes/tests).

–  Math Classes will focus more on understanding important core concepts through doing exercises, rather than getting through the complete curriculum.  Optional advanced questions will be indicated.

–  Students can retake any class for $6/hr.  Retaking a class has great benefits for reinforcing skills and building confidence.
Some great students have retaken classes.Visit our website (www.juku.ca) for the latest fees and schedule.  Registration is free.  No payments are required until a class is confirmed to start.  If a day/time is not good for you, leave a comment on what is a good alternative.

Parent Orientation Zoom Meeting with the Director.
Join us for a free 90-minute zoom session for parents interested in listening to the Director discuss any or all of the following topics: Juku, Online Classes, Summer Camp, Raising Academic Children, How my son got into medical school, The Importance of Vocabulary, The number one thing your children should do during the pandemic, and any topic you wish to bring up.

Basically, I (Director) need social interaction to keep my brain sharp.  I’d love to see previous parents, but this session is open to any parent.  Bring a friend, but not your children.  I’ll end the session with some games and prizes.If you are interested in the next session, please register online. Limited enrolment.  It will be held on a weekday evening.
