Your referral form has been received. 

Your referral discount will automatically be applied. 

Your child will be placed on the meal plan list or aftercare list (am/pm) for the week selected.

If you chose to receive $20/referral, the payment will be made with all the referral/refund adjustments after Oct. 15.

The last day for referrals discounts is June 1.

Contact the Director if you want to change your chosen discount or pay an additional fee to add other siblings to the meal plan or aftercare list.
